Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping Times:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. A receipt will be sent to your email.

After processing, the jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, so delivery times are approximately 14 business days from the end of the processing period.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping : The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the address provided.
• Free Shipping :
  • Orders within the central region: Free shipping.
  • Orders to northern or southern regions: The shipping cost will be detailed at checkout based on the shipping address entered.

Returns and Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging.
• Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Jewelry must be returned in the original brand packaging and well-protected.
• The cost of return/exchange shipping will be borne by the customer.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address details or absence at the delivery address, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.

For returns/exchanges, please include a note with the following details:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Name of the item and desired size/exchange

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is in its original packaging and has not been used.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Refunds will be issued minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the order total or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are external services already rendered.
• Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for refunds.

Product Warranty

• We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty does not cover the following:
  • Breakage, tears, or damage caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Loss or theft of the jewelry or parts of it.

If your jewelry becomes damaged during the warranty period despite proper care, please contact customer service with your order number. Repairs may take up to 30 business days .

Jewelry Care

To maintain the appearance and quality of your jewelry:

• Avoid contact with boiling water, hot springs, seawater, or pool water.
• Protect your jewelry from scratches, impact, or heavy pressure.
• Avoid wearing jewelry during physical activity to prevent potential damage.
• Store your jewelry in a dry, shaded area and avoid humid environments like bathrooms.
• All jewelry is made of 14K gold (unless stated otherwise) and features gemstones, diamonds, or lab-grown diamonds as detailed on the product page.

Custom Orders

All jewelry on the website is handcrafted and made to order specifically for you.

• Production time for custom-made jewelry is approximately 14 business days .
• Pre-orders: Jewelry ordered as a pre-order may require up to 30 business days for production.

• Slight variations in color or appearance of gemstones and pearls may occur due to their natural properties.
